... and the DoD's War on Disease and 'Disinformation'
This is an interim update - and review - following the whistleblower “pharma” leak about the ostensible U.S. 'National Security threat' posed by Covid-19 in early 2020 and subsequent implementation of the Department of Defense “P3” program as revealed by Sasha Latypova.

"Due Diligence" has an exclusive story on a Big Pharma meeting held on 9 October 2020 in which a speaker alludes to a Big Government determination made on 4 February 2020.
The audio file is a recording of Astra Zeneca executives discussing (in late 2020) the DoD's 'National Security' notification regarding SARS-CoV-2 (in early 2020) which kick-started the Whole-of-Government response to Covid-19 based on DARPA’s ground-breaking P3 model for accelerated MCMs.
Latypova notes the PREP Act declaration retroactive date of 4 February 2020.
The P3 Program : Public Private Partnerships - Profits and Power
As per the previous post, in 2012 DARPA pioneered "the use of the body as a bioreactor” to produce “prophylactic antibodies” - and other MCMs - “to protect against biothreats":

DARPA’s more evolved "P3" program - the “Pandemic Prevention Platform” - was extensively discussed in media interviews in 2020 by former DARPA Director (and current Wellcome-Leap CEO) Regina Dugan who also emphasized the importance of ‘Public Private Partnerships’ in the Whole-of-Government response to “the current pandemic”.

This framework underpinned DARPA's "P3" biodefense concept to “Stop a Pandemic in 60 Days”: A speedy but seamless process spanning the time period from genetic sequencing of a virus to administration of a genetic 'vaccine' (or other nucleic acid technology such as gene-encoded antibodies).

The pre-Covid plan was for a “Whole of Government” rapid response involving public, industry and research sectors overseen jointly by the DoD and HHS - ie. the template for Operation Warp Speed.

The longstanding CBR Defense Cooperative Program for MCMs between the U.S, the UK, Canada and Australia also reflected the “Whole of Nation” model for responding to supposed biological threats at a global level.
Note that American defense agencies - namely DARPA and JPEO-CBRND - are listed among Australia's "International MCM Stakeholders" (see infographic for the CBR MCM Program - Governance and Relationships - in "The Great Preset & the Biodefense Boondoggle”).

DARPA : from Infection Control to Information Control
With the revelations about the Censorship Industrial Complex and the recent flurry of interest in DARPA, it is worth noting that the U.S. military has previously studied not only the spread of spread of 'pandemics' but also the spread of ‘propaganda’.
A decade ago DARPA made headlines for its controversial ‘research’ on manipulation through social media known as the Social Media in Strategic Communication (SMISC) program:

Unveiled in 2011, the SMISC program was regarded as a bid by the US military to become better at both detecting and conducting propaganda campaigns on social media.
Several of the DoD-funded projects went further than simple observation, instead engaging directly with social media users and analysing their responses.
